More accurate laser focus height
I have noticed that when I adjust the laser height (for focus) across a few materials, that the base plate could flex a little when aligning the focus tool underneath. I have been going between a few materials of differing height.
I have been cautious not to push too hard (to cause the flex and then have the base pull back right up underneath the guard), or too soft (slightly out of focus as it is too far away).
To help me do get a quick and easy pull down, I have placed a 6mm piece of MDF (about 100x100) in the rough area of X0,Y0 underneath the base.
This means that when I push the laser unit down on the focus tool to get the right height, that the base underneath does not flex at all.
